Ventions' management team currently comprises of:
- Dr. Adam London, who serves as a Managing Partner in the San Francisco office, and leads Ventions' space propulsion technology development efforts. Prior to co-founding Ventions in 2004, Dr. London worked as a management consultant at McKinsey and Company, serving clients on strategic, operational and organizational topics in a variety of industries. Dr. London holds a BS, MS and PhD in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT.

- Dr. Amit Mehra, CFA, who is Managing Partner and CFO in Ventions' Washington DC office. Prior to co-founding Ventions, Dr. Mehra gained aerospace R&D experience at D-STAR Engineering, and management consulting experience at Dean and Company. Dr. Mehra holds a BS from Caltech, and an MS and PhD in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT.

- Dr. Matthew Lehman, who is Chief Engineer of Turbine and Pump Products.
Prior to joining Ventions in 2010, Dr. Lehman worked as a Senior Project Leader with the Delta IV Program Office of the Aerospace Corporation, as well as Program Analysis Manager at Space Exploration Technologies, and Propulsion Engineer for Northrop Grumman. Dr. Lehman holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, and a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from Cal Poly, SLO.

- Mr. Lloyd Droppers, who is Chief Engineer of Propulsion Systems.
Prior to joining Ventions, Mr. Droppers held intern positions at Blue Origin, IN Space, LLC and Ball Aerospace and Systems, Corp. He has a B.S. and M.S in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University,and was also the founder of a hybrid rocket group at Purdue.
